Your Mission

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first line of outreach to our potential clients across the GCC. Your job? Open doors. Spark curiosity. Plant the seeds of opportunity. You’ll be connecting with C-level execs, VPs, and decision-makers, introducing our value proposition, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for our sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospect & Qualify

  • Identify key decision-makers within target accounts using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead databases.
  • Research deeply into the industry, company, and buyer personas across the GCC market.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Launch personalized, creative, and targeted cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and video pitches.
  • A/B test your messaging to boost response rates and conversions.

Conversations That Count

  • Deliver compelling pitches and nurture curiosity to drive interest in our solutions.
  • Handle objections with confidence and understand the customer’s pain points.

Book Meetings Like a Pro

  • Secure qualified discovery calls for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce, etc.)

Metrics-Driven Hustle

  • Meet and exceed KPIs: daily activities, conversations, meetings booked, and conversion rates.

متطلبات الوظيفة

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in outbound sales or lead generation (SaaS or B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the GCC business culture and professional etiquette.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a big plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, coachable, and driven by numbers and growth.
  • Comfortable with sales tech: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.
  • Passion for tech, startups, and building relationships that matter.
