Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Landscape Design Manager for its Residential Development division. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the landscape aspects of residential projects, ensuring that every design aligns with our vision of creating vibrant and sustainable communities.
The successful candidate will lead the landscape design efforts, overseeing project design from initial concept through construction documentation. You will collaborate closely with architects, planners, and other designers to create innovative and cohesive outdoor environments that enhance the residential experience.
This position requires a strong understanding of landscape architecture principles, environmental stewardship, and an ability to integrate sustainable practices into design. You will be expected to manage a team of landscape designers and work closely with external consultants and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in landscape design or management, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of completed landscape projects, showcasing creativity and technical skill.
- Proficient in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and knowledge of BIM and GIS tools.
- Excellent knowledge of plant materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex design ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with team members, consultants, and contractors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and industry standards in landscape architecture is required.
- Commitment to sustainability and an understanding of environmental issues related to landscape design.
