Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support one of our top-performing Property Consultants. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in real estate administration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the consultant, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and proposals using Excel and PowerPoint
- Analyze sales and performance data to provide insights and summaries for the consultant
- Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and client appointments
- Maintain an organized digital filing system and track key documents
- Support in preparing listing presentations, client updates, and other sales-related material
- Act as a liaison between the consultant and clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Assist in the preparation of market research, competitor analysis, and lead tracking
