Tagaddod is looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting our innovative waste management solutions. As a member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals by generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell Tagaddod's waste management services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

  • 1+ year lf experience as a Telesales Representative
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of Tagaddod's waste management services and their benefits to clients.
