Drive sustained organic growth, audience engagement, and high-quality lead conversion across all channels—with a measurable, data-first mindset aligned to your SaaS/B2B sales buyer personas (CEOs, VPs, AEs, SDRs).

Core Responsibilities

1. Audience Engagement & LinkedIn Strategy

  • LinkedIn Polls (2/week): Create high-value, B2B-focused polls (e.g. “What’s your top SDR challenge?”), generating >1.5× reach vs regular posts, collecting audience insights, and initiating lead-worthy conversations strivacity.comLinkedIn.
  • Private Community (“Pipeline Leaders Circle”): Manage a gated LinkedIn group for SaaS sales leaders—weekly prompts, AMA sessions, direct engagement.
  • Social Content & Carousels (5/week): Mix polls, expert tips, case study teasers; run A/B tests on formats to optimize reach and engagement .
  • Community Management: Daily monitoring + response; leverage hashtags and active posting for growth.

2. Content Creation & SEO

  • Blog Cadence: 4 SEO-driven, 1,200–1,500-word posts monthly, each targeting a specific long-tail SaaS keyword (e.g., “scaling SaaS sales team”). Include graphics, mid-post CTAs, and downloadable assets.
  • Case Study Production: 2 detailed pieces per quarter, with repurposed LinkedIn snippets, blog summaries, and email content.
  • Interactive Content: Develop quarterly playbooks, pipeline quizzes, and calculators (e.g. “Pipeline Health Quiz”) behind gated forms.

3. Paid Programs & Budget Planning (Days 90–365)

  • LinkedIn Ads for promotional Polls and Case Study campaigns targeting SaaS execs tracking CTR/CPL/lead conversion.
  • Google Ads: Google Search Console and ads, planning, campaign management and optimization.
  • META AD met
  • Retargeting Campaigns : Use LinkedIn & Display network to capture visitors who engaged with content but didn't convert.

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Form Optimization: Test 2-step flows, microcopy, progress bars to increase completion from ~30% → ~60%.
  • A/B Testing: Forms, CTA placement, headlines, content layout—run continuous experiments and analyze impact.
  • UX Improvements: Ensure site speed, scroll depth, and bounce rates align with growth targets.

5. Analytics & Continuous Optimization

  • Performance Dashboards: GA4 and platform analytics view; track traffic sources, CTR, scroll depth, poll engagement, lead funnel.
  • Reporting Cadence: Bi-weekly analysis & budget reallocation; quarterly strategy evaluation.
  • Channel Optimization: Shift budget to top-performing channels (e.g. expand LinkedIn Ads if CPL < goal, or boost TikTok videos if >50K views).
