About the Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy, creative, and data-driven B2B Lead Generation Executive to play a key role in expanding our presence across the Gulf markets. Your mission is to identify high-potential leads, engage decision-makers, and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities for our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target & Research: Identify ideal customer profiles and decision-makers across the GCC region using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Launch creative outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage with B2B prospects and generate qualified leads.
  • Messaging & Personalization: Craft compelling outreach messaging tailored to industries, personas, and pain points.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on BANT/CHAMP criteria and schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead information and activity logs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging, share feedback, and refine target lists.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like open rate, reply rate, and conversion to qualified leads; optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Market Understanding: Stay up to date with GCC market trends, key players, industry events, and competitive activity.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B outbound lead generation, preferably in SaaS or tech-related services.
  • Strong familiarity with the GCC market landscape, business culture, and key industries (e.g., Real Estate, FinTech, Retail, Logistics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, lead gen tools, and outbound automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
