Chief Accountant
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and develop tax strategies.

- Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.
- Prepare working papers and documentation to support audit findings.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training as needed.

- Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning.

Educational Background
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional Experience
- At least 5-7 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Licenses & Certifications
- CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis.
