Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled MEP and Utilities Senior Manager to spearhead the management and optimization of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and utility infrastructure within our transformative projects in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of MEP systems and utility services to ensure operational excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEP and utilities planning activities to align with logistics masterplans and project schedules.
- Liaise closely with utilities providers to synchronize service delivery timelines with logistics requirements.
- Review and approve MEP design documents to ensure compatibility with logistics infrastructure and operational needs.
- Monitor MEP works progress and quality, ensuring alignment with logistics phasing and milestones.
- Identify and resolve interface issues between MEP, utilities services, and logistics operations proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within all logistics-related activities involving MEP and utilities.
- Support commissioning and testing phases in coordination with logistics project phases and handovers.
- Facilitate effective communication between MEP, utilities, logistics teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Track and report on key milestones, risks, and issues impacting both MEP and logistics delivery.
- Assist with integrated risk management related to MEP and logistics challenges.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 10-15 years of extensive experience in MEP management and utilities within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating MEP and utilities activities within large construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of logistics planning and operations related to MEP and utilities integration.
- Ability to review and approve technical designs for compatibility and operational feasibility.
- Experience monitoring construction progress and quality control in MEP and utilities works.
- Familiarity with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements in construction logistics contexts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Proficiency in tracking project milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
- Good problem-solving skills in resolving interface and coordination challenges.
