We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Listing Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. The Listing Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of property listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage property listings in the CRM and dedicated portals

- Maintain and update property details, descriptions, and photos

- Ensure all listing documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements

- Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours for new listings

- Track listing performance and provide reports to the team

- Support real estate agents with listing-related administrative tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and compliance requirements is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
