About the Role:

We're looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive our B2B growth across the MENA region. This is not your typical sales role — we're after a strategic thinker and creative communicator who can open doors, build trust, and drive partnerships with forward-thinking brands and businesses. You’ll lead outreach efforts, nurture opportunities, and act as the face of our creative offerings to new clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads in key MENA markets.
  • Understand client pain points and tailor value propositions accordingly.
  • Schedule product demos and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors in the SaaS space.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and regularly report on KPIs.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to tailor value propositions
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine outreach and offerings
  • Attend regional industry events, webinars, and virtual networking opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

    • 3–7 years of experience in client acquisition or business development.
    • A track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales targets.
    • A network of potential leads or past B2B clients in the region is a huge plus.
    • Fluency in English Language.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.

Who You Are:

    • A proactive communicator with strong consultative selling skills
    • Fluent in both English and Arabic (preferred)
    • Deep understanding of MENA market dynamics and business culture
    • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in creative services, digital media, SaaS, or marketing
    • Self-starter with a hunter mindset and a passion for relationship-building
    • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales stacks
    • Able to balance multiple deals and deadlines while keeping quality high
