Tagaddod is pleased to announce the opening of the IT Intern position for our Summer Internship Program for 2025. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT department. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of information technology, assist in day-to-day technical operations, and support our team in maintaining and improving our IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Support the IT team in maintaining computer systems, networks, and communication systems.
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for new hires and ensure proper installation of operating systems and software.
- Document and maintain records of tech support issues and resolutions.
- Help in managing inventory of IT assets and supplies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to assist in informed decision-making.
