We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Architect to lead and support the design and development of architectural projects across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will bring a global perspective, deep knowledge of sustainable and context-sensitive design, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in both developed and developing regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support archaeological field missions in Saudi Arabia, including site excavations, surveys, and documentation.
- Apply scientific methods to analyze, record, and interpret archaeological data in accordance with national and international standards.
- Collaborate with the Heritage Commission, Ministry of Culture, and other relevant Saudi institutions.
- Train and mentor local teams on excavation techniques, conservation practices, and research methodologies.
- Develop and submit technical reports, field documentation, and academic publications based on findings in Saudi Arabia.
- Contribute to heritage management plans, site interpretation strategies, and sustainable conservation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, ethical guidelines, and scientific standards.
- Represent the project in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and academic forums.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Professional Experience:
- 10 to 20 years in archaeological and heritage research.
- Proven work in Saudi Arabia with documented field projects or collaborations.
- Experience in fieldwork, scientific documentation, and heritage policy advising.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Track record of publications, technical reports, or conservation project documentation.
Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of the archaeology and cultural heritage of the Arabian Peninsula.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in field technologies (GIS, photogrammetry, 3D modeling) is an asset.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills desirable.
- Ability to adapt to local cultural and working environments.
