Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the financial sector to lead the development and execution of innovative digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Own and manage the product backlog; write clear and actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product value.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure the product delivers real business value.

Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the financial sector (banking, fintech, payments, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
