We are currently searching for an accomplished Project Manager to lead the QMD - City Assets initiative. In this role, you will oversee the management and execution of projects related to city asset development, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision and objectives. Your leadership will play a key role in delivering high-quality urban infrastructure that supports our vision of creating a world-class destination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for city asset developments, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are aligned with the vision.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor project performance, conducting regular assessments to ensure projects are on track, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Lead project meetings to ensure cross-functional collaboration and timely decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
