Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing B2B SaaS sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers within the GCC region. This is a quota-carrying role focused on outbound sales activities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and expanding our customer base across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify ideal client profiles (ICPs) in the GCC region.
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Sales Cycle Management
- Conduct product demos tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Handle all phases of the sales cycle – from discovery to proposal to closing.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with senior sales or legal teams.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Procurement, etc.).
- Understand the client’s business model and propose relevant solutions from our SaaS suite.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional business challenges in the GCC.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the product/marketing teams.
Reporting & KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce regular sales activity reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas (calls, demos, deals closed, etc.).
