Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing B2B SaaS sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers within the GCC region. This is a quota-carrying role focused on outbound sales activities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and expanding our customer base across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Research and identify ideal client profiles (ICPs) in the GCC region.
    • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing campaigns.
    • Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Sales Cycle Management

    • Conduct product demos tailored to client needs and pain points.
    • Handle all phases of the sales cycle – from discovery to proposal to closing.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with senior sales or legal teams.

Client Relationship Management

    • Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Procurement, etc.).
    • Understand the client’s business model and propose relevant solutions from our SaaS suite.
    • Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and seek upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Market Intelligence

    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regional business challenges in the GCC.
    • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product/marketing teams.

Reporting & KPIs

    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce regular sales activity reports.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas (calls, demos, deals closed, etc.).

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years in B2B inside sales, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Proven experience selling to the GCC market with cultural and business understanding.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, email automation, and sales tools.
  • Confident in presenting and demonstrating software via virtual meetings.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
