ERP Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and driven ERP Sales Executive with a strong

background in selling ERP solutions—especially SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics or

similar systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, delivering

compelling product demos, and closing deals to support our continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the ERP market
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of our ERP Platform
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and clients
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions to client
  • needs
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets to qualify for commission incentives
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Travel to client locations across the UAE (driving license required)

  • AED 6,000/month (fixed) + 6–8% target-based quarterly commission.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven ERP sales experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other major ERP
  • systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is a strong plus
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP solutions can support
