Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce outdoor sales targets across the UAE, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of outdoor sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Forge strong relationships with clients across various sectors and identify opportunities for partnership.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team achievements to the management team.
- Coordinate training sessions to elevate the skill set of the outdoor sales team and enhance performance outcomes.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in outdoor sales, ideally with a focus in the furniture or mattress sectors.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Strong business acumen and a knack for developing comprehensive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive informed sales decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with other departments effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Aged between 28 to 40 years.
- Must be of Egyptian or Indian nationality.
