Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior ICT Manager for Large Festival Grounds, where your expertise will help shape unforgettable entertainment experiences. In this role, you will oversee the IT infrastructure for our large-scale festivals and events, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and efficiency across all operations. Your strategic vision will play a pivotal role in supporting Qiddiya’s mission to create an unparalleled destination for leisure and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the District IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring it aligns with Qiddiya's objectives and future growth plans.
- Manage the overall architecture and operations of IT systems, including servers, networks, Data Centres (Meet Me Rooms) and cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that infrastructure supports business operations and enhances service delivery.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities and drive innovation.
- Implement and enforce best practices in IT service management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure high availability.
- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Prepare and oversee the budget for the IT infrastructure department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure design management.
- Proven experience in leading infrastructure teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server architectures, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, CCNP) are highly desirable.
