Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of a strategic and results-driven Director - Operational Readiness and Ramp Up to lead our operational integration and launch strategies. This pivotal role will oversee the readiness of our projects as they move from development to operational stages, ensuring that all facets of the business are aligned and prepared for success. The Director will play a key role in establishing Qiddiya as a premier destination for entertainment and culture, driving initiatives that optimize operational performance and enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the operational readiness strategy for all projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's overall vision and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership, project management teams, and various departments (including engineering, marketing, and HR) to ensure cohesive delivery of operational requirements.
  • Readiness Assessment Oversight: Lead comprehensive assessments of operational readiness, identifying potential risks and ensuring that all processes are on track for smooth project launches.
  • Training and Development Framework: Design and implement training and development programs that prepare operational staff for their roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service standards.
  • Performance Metrics Setting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate readiness and operational effectiveness; initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring seamless project ramp-up.
  • Enhancement of Guest Experience: Foster a culture focused on delivering unparalleled guest experiences that are consistent with the Qiddiya brand.

متطلبات الوظيفة

·     Professional Accounting qualification.

·       15+ years of experience in operational management, readiness, or related roles, with significant experience in leadership positions within the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale development sectors.

·       Proven track record in developing and executing strategic operational plans that align with organizational goals.

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

·       Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and negotiations at all organizational levels.

·       Experience in creating and conducting comprehensive training programs for operational staff.

·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently.

·       Knowledge and experience working in the Saudi Arabian market, including an understanding of local culture and business practices, are preferred.
