Overview:
The Associate Director - Asset Management plays a critical role in overseeing the performance assets within the Qiddiya Investment Company's portfolio. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure optimal asset performance, strategic planning, and execution in line with Qiddiya's objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in asset management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop strategic relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance assets.
- Support the Senior Director in managing relationships with hotel operators, ensuring compliance with management agreements and operational standards.
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics for all assets in the company portfolio, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in developing annual budgets and business plans assets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams on risk management and ensure adherence to ESG and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends affecting hotel operations and performance within the industry.
- Oversee the asset handover process, ensuring seamless onboarding of operators and smooth pre-opening activities.
- Monitor capital expenditures and ensure effective investment strategies are in place to enhance asset value.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 - 16 years of relative experience in asset management, specifically within the Retail, Hospitality.
- Proven track record of financial analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with market analysis and forecasting tools.
