Graduate Trainee Engineer - Civil

Meraki Integrated Contracting is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic project execution team. This role is ideal for recent civil engineering graduates who want hands-on site exposure, real-time learning, and long-term career growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in supervising site activities related to civil works, including structural, concrete, and finishing.
• Monitor daily site progress, verify contractor work, and maintain site logs.
• Support in preparing daily reports, material checklists, and quality records.
• Help in coordinating with subcontractors, safety officers, and quality control teams.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Participate in inspections, snag lists, and project handovers.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company site protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Willingness to work at construction sites in UAE weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is a plus.
