Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with over 6 years of experience in Agile delivery within the banking sector. The role focuses on facilitating Agile teams developing banking products and core banking systems, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices, and enabling efficient delivery of high-quality banking software solutions. Strong domain knowledge in retail, corporate, digital, and treasury banking products is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for banking software teams.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and drive Scrum maturity in a banking environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to groom and prioritize product backlogs focused on banking products and digital channels.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting banking project progress.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with banking regulatory and operational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT, business users, and external partners in the banking domain.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Deep understanding of banking products and services (retail, corporate, treasury, digital banking).
- Experience with core banking applications (e.g., T24), payment systems, and digital banking channels such as internet and mobile banking.
