Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager of Project Control to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be tasked with managing project control processes and ensuring that projects meet their scheduled timelines while adhering to budgetary constraints. Your strategic mindset and hands-on approach will enable you to drive excellence in project execution across various phases of asset development.
Your responsibilities will include developing project control methodologies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will play a critical role in enhancing collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of Qiddiya’s ambitious projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project control frameworks that align with Qiddiya’s objectives.
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project performance against targets, advising teams on necessary adjustments.
- Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) as a tool for performance assessment and reporting.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings to evaluate progress and identify challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights on project status.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices within the project control function.
- Act as a liaison with various departments and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in project controls, preferably in large-scale construction or real estate development.
- Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to cooperate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or similar.
- Certifications in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), are highly desirable.
- Experience in the Middle East construction environment is preferred.
