Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Software Solutions Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts across the UAE government sector. The ideal candidate is an Arabic speaker with a strong background in selling enterprise software solutions to government entities, preferably within Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle for software solutions targeting UAE government clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions aligned with public sector requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals and presentations.
- Drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities across government ministries, authorities, and public entities.
- Ensure CRM is updated with accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Represent the company at government and technology events to strengthen visibility and brand trust.
