Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving acquisition, engagement, and growth through paid digital channels. This role is ideal for a performance marketing professional with strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Hands-on experience running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and other key platforms.
  • Solid understanding of MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) including attribution tracking, event setup, deep linking, and cohort analysis.
  • Strong grasp of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and native ad dashboards.
  • Proven ability to work with budgets and optimize campaigns toward clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with content, CRM, lifecycle, and product marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in B2C, app-based businesses, events, or entertainment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in managing ad platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch).
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with digital analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns to performance KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and CTR.
  • Collaborative experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and content/product teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Industry experience in B2C, mobile apps, events, or entertainment is a plus.
