Role:

  • Establish the resource plan and progress measurement system.
  • Prepare histograms and 'S' curves from Consolidated Master Schedule.
  • Review procurement and mobilisation plans to ensure they comply with Consolidated Master Schedule.
  • Monitor progress against Consolidated Master Schedule and propose any re-schedules required
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with contract and internal procedural requirements.
  • Prepare lookaheads
  • Assist in ad-hoc exercise to support variation / claim preparation including delay analysis, preparation of timelines etc
  • Update the Consolidated Master Schedule on a weekly basis, monitor deviations and identify any problem areas to Business Line Leaders.
  • Provide input to cost engineer to assist in cost forecasting based on latest schedule
  • Possess a significant degree of expertise in all aspects of Planning  

متطلبات الوظيفة

Essential:

  • Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Business Management, Quantity Surveying or  similar.
  • Experience in a planning, project controls role or an engineering discipline function involved in producing schedules, cost estimates, proposals or similar.
  • Commercial and contractual diligence.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Project (Oracle P6 as an option)
  • Minimum 5 years experience, working within a planning environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
