Role:
- Establish the resource plan and progress measurement system.
- Prepare histograms and 'S' curves from Consolidated Master Schedule.
- Review procurement and mobilisation plans to ensure they comply with Consolidated Master Schedule.
- Monitor progress against Consolidated Master Schedule and propose any re-schedules required
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with contract and internal procedural requirements.
- Prepare lookaheads
- Assist in ad-hoc exercise to support variation / claim preparation including delay analysis, preparation of timelines etc
- Update the Consolidated Master Schedule on a weekly basis, monitor deviations and identify any problem areas to Business Line Leaders.
- Provide input to cost engineer to assist in cost forecasting based on latest schedule
- Possess a significant degree of expertise in all aspects of Planning
متطلبات الوظيفة
Essential:
- Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Business Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Experience in a planning, project controls role or an engineering discipline function involved in producing schedules, cost estimates, proposals or similar.
- Commercial and contractual diligence.
- Skilled in the use of MS Project (Oracle P6 as an option)
- Minimum 5 years experience, working within a planning environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
