We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Specialist to join our digital transformation project focused on deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) across supply chain functions. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering functional and technical expertise during system implementation, customization, and user training. This position requires a practical understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and a track record of working in ERP-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, functional leads, and external consultants to ensure business requirements are fully captured and effectively translated into the system design.
- Support project planning and execution by delivering gap-fit analyses, process documentation, test case development, and training materials.
- Conduct system testing, data migration support, and post-go-live stabilization in alignment with project timelines.
- Ensure business processes are optimized to leverage ERP capabilities while adhering to local regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enable seamless integration with third-party systems and Power Platform tools such as Power BI.
- Provide functional support to users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and offer continuous knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable operations post-deployment.
- Contribute to change management activities and assist in end-user onboarding across supply chain functions.
