PMO Specialist – Job Brief
Master-Works, a forward-thinking technology consultancy, is seeking a skilled PMO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and PMO best practices. This role involves overseeing project governance, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and optimize PMO standards, processes, and documentation to support effective project governance
- Facilitate project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management
- Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to PMO policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct project audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering continuous learning and capability building
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project management practices with organizational goals and strategies
- Analyze project metrics, generate insights, and recommend actions to enhance project delivery and success rates
- Develop and deliver PMO training sessions and workshops to uplift project management skills across the organization
