We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team . This pivotal role involves managing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient operations and delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and meets the demands of our projects. Your expertise in supply chain management will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, helping to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
- Coordinate and manage supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials from approved suppliers.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistical service providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or management, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
