Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist - Corporate Infrastructure Delivery to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the delivery and management of our corporate infrastructure solutions, ensuring they effectively meet the operational needs of our organization.
Your analytical skills and technical expertise will be essential to optimize our infrastructure processes and enhance our service delivery capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of corporate infrastructure projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, collecting data and generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve technical issues related to corporate infrastructure.
- Document procedures, technical specifications, and project updates to maintain clear communication across teams.
- Participate in meetings to provide insights and updates on project status and performance metrics.
- Support compliance and audit efforts by ensuring infrastructure solutions adhere to established policies and standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure delivery processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or delivery roles.
- Basic understanding of network systems, servers, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
