The Operations Excellence Manager at Nawy Real Estate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. The successful candidate will develop and implement best practices and methodologies that align with the company's strategic objectives while fostering an organizational culture focused on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, development, and implementation of process improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to analyze current processes and facilitate change.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify operational inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Train and mentor staff in process improvement techniques and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring improvements and reporting on the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote operational excellence practices across the organization.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; a master's degree or certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management or process improvement roles, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across departments.
