Director - Strategy Oversight (COR732)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic Director - Strategy Oversight to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring all projects align with Qiddiya's vision and operational excellence.

As the Director of Strategy Oversight, you will collaborate closely with project managers and departmental leaders to monitor progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic adjustments as needed. Your expertise will help drive organizational success and ensure that our strategic goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives across all business units.
• Prepare and present strategic oversight reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project management teams to enhance their strategic execution capabilities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve strategic oversight processes.
• Manage relationships and engagements with partners contributing to strategy and strategic plan development.
• Develop preliminary case studies and business cases.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, and contribute to elements such as feasibility studies, market analysis, benchmarking, etc.
• Interpret and synthesize data, challenge data, and identify meaningful insights to develop recommendations that most effectively support projects.
• Prepare written communication and verbal talking points for the Head of Strategies and other executives to facilitate decision-making.
