Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at 700Apps. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and transforming these requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements.
- Analyze and validate business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure all requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations to enhance the business process.
- To prepare and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
- Maintain documentation for business processes and requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
