Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a talented and analytical Senior Specialist - Data Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data sets to help drive decision-making and strategic planning across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, develop reports, and present findings that enhance our operational efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Leverage statistical methods and data modeling to optimize business performance.
- Business Understanding & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand entertainment industry trends, consumer behaviors, and operational metrics.
- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare well-documented BRD.
- BI Reporting & Dashboards:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.-
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices to effectively communicate insights.
- Strong SQL is mandatory, Python, or relative advanced data analysis tools, and automation knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Experience in the entertainment industry is highly preferred,(e.g. audience analytics, ticket sales, content performance, customer engagement, etc.).
