The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer who is passionate about technology and has the skills and knowledge to support our sales team in pitching and demonstrating our products to potential clients.
Role Description
- Developing technical proposals ensuring compliance with technical aspects and reviewing overall proposals for consistency before submission.
- Analyze and respond to RFP, RFI, or RFQ documents received from clients.
- Analyze and design solutions, translating client business requirements into technical solutions in the digital domain.
- Recommend technologies to meet customers' business requirements effectively.
- Handle requirements gathering sessions with clients to analyze existing processes, identify desired future states, and define deliverables.
- Negotiating conflicts with stakeholders, consolidating agreed actions, and documenting final decisions.
- Acting as the primary technical contact with clients during solution design and as a reference for implementation teams.
- Collaborating with Software Architects to prepare comprehensive End-to-End Solution Architectures aligning with sold solutions and customer needs.
- Participating in initiatives and research & development activities as required.
- Reviewing and compiling compliance matrices demonstrating proposed IT platform capabilities for submission by the presales team.
- Develop technical solutions including solutions architecture, concepts, and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with the Projects Manager and sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge and customer business requirements.
- Assists and participates in developing RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
- Develop standard financial proposals.
- Conduct presentations of solutions to clients and potential clients in addition to close the deal.
