Senior Manager - Development City Assets - SPA 310

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a Senior Manager - Development City Assets to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our city assets, ensuring they enhance the overall vision of Qiddiya as a world-class destination for entertainment, culture, and sports.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing projects through the development life cycle / stage gate process including but not limited the following activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the asset stage gate development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Oversee the procurement of Design Consultants, Technical Consultants and Cost Planners
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market research to assess project viability and guide decision-making
• Prepare Stage Gate documentation and presentations to meet internal governance process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project designs that meet market needs while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development team members, facilitating their professional growth and development.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to provide updates on project status and strategic recommendations
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development.
