We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in account management especially within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals and ensure our solutions meet their business needs.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain updated records of all client communications and agreements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, especially in the Saudi market.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • B.S. in Marketing, Business or equivalent education in related fields.
  • 1:3 years proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role (preferably in KSA or GCC markets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, marketing, or digital services is a plus.
  • Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion, HubSpot, etc...) & MS Office Suit.
  • Digital Marketing Agency Background
  • KSA & GCC Clients Experience is preferred.
  • Ecommerce Experience is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.
