We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent ( U.A.E National ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding them through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and integrity. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property values and trends.
  • Create marketing strategies for listings, including open houses, social media, and MLS postings.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and conduct negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with local zoning laws, financing options, and real estate regulations.
