Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Specialist to join our company and lead our expansion into the GCC market. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound efforts, nurturing leads, and closing deals across the GCC region.

You must have a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, excellent communication skills, and a deep appreciation of business culture in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Identify: Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients in the GCC market through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through personalized and strategic outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to the needs and pain points of prospects.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate SaaS solutions to meet those needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, industry trends, and client needs within the GCC region.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 2–5 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, prospecting, and qualification processes.
  • Familiarity with the business culture and decision-making processes in the GCC market (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
