Director - Cost Planning (Asian Games Venues) will be responsible to lead the Cost Planning functions of Asian Games Venues Development . Sports BU

1. Manage cost estimation and development of Cost Plans throughout the progressive stages of design.
2. Manage Cost consultant deliverables.
3. Log and track design changes and assess the cost impact.
4. Preparation of Budget Estimate Allocation for approval.
5. Maintain cost plans to Qiddiya Cost Breakdown Structure and Cost Planning structure. Review and identify areas for improvement in the Cost plans submitted by Cost Consultants.
6. Review of Cost Plans produced by individual project teams to ensure the quality of data used and presented and close alignment with the market conditions in the kingdom.
7. Facilitate Design to budget process.
8. Facilitate Design optimization and Value Engineering processes.
9. Manage preparation of BoQ and Pre-Tender Estimate.
10. Feed cost information into the Business planning process.
