In that time, we’ve expanded constantly, and been joined by over 150 incredible people, all with the same vision. We’ve grown in other ways too – we raised $35m in our Series A funding round, and launched our game-changing authentication platform.

Our technology is now being used by hundreds and thousands of users worldwide, including some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

And this is just the beginning.

Over the next year, Callsign will double in size as we continue our mission to make every web, mobile and physical interaction seamless and secure.

Challenging projects, dynamic environment and reporting:

- Help support Callsign by managing some of the most complex and challenging Intelligence Driven Authentication projects in the world.

- You will work in a dynamic environment with Technology, Customers, Partners as well as members other Callsign departments.

- You will report to the Head of Delivery to lead and advise on the technical execution of the product roadmap.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with global cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Support) to deliver Callsign solutions to our customers

- Work with the scrum teams to help develop and build functionality quickly and to a high quality

- Support QA and DevOps functions to ensure products are developed to a high standard and deployed quickly and securely into non-production and production environments

- Collaborate with and coach engineers, designers, analysts and product owners to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of the development process

- Develop, cultivate and maintain effective working relationships across internal Callsign teams.

- Monitor all stages of software development and deployment to ensure they meet quality standards across a range of products

- Take a lead role in delivering high quality applications quickly, reducing feedback loops with clients to help improve existing applications and develop new ideas

  • Excellent communicator in a range of situations; both written and spoken
  • A work attitude that is curious, collaborative, empathetic, humble, reflective, energetic, and agile
  • At least five years of relevant industry experience, comfortable with business and technical aspects
  • Proven experience leading in an agile development environment, promoting lean and agile development practices across multiple scrum teams
  • Experience working with Agile and DevOps practices to build high quality, innovative applications
  • Good understanding of how IT security products are applied in the market to address needs such as identity management, identification, authentication, digital signing of transactions, single sign-on, access control, non-repudiation, privacy and confidentiality.
  • BSc (or equivalent education) in Computing, a Physical Science or Engineering.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of some of the following technologies: cryptography, databases, web applications, network protocols and network security
  • Understanding of industry standards such as: OpenID Connect, SAML, OAUTH
  • Familiarity with service management approaches, such as ITIL is useful, but not essential
