Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Security Operations (MAS-20003847) to oversee our comprehensive security strategy in this innovative destination. As a vital member of our security leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets throughout our facilities.

Your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust security operations framework that aligns with the company's vision. You will lead a team of security professionals, continually assess security risks, and refine protocols to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute security operations strategies that align with Qiddiya's goals to create a safe and secure environment.
  • Supervise and mentor security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and effective in their roles.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and audits of security processes to enhance performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to coordinate effective incident response and crisis management.
  • Manage state-of-the-art security technology systems, including surveillance and monitoring systems.
  • Compile and deliver reports regarding security operations, incidents, and key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements related to security operations.
  • Lead training and awareness programs for staff to bolster the organization's security culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in security management or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing a team of security professionals.
  • Deep knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment methodologies, and incident response procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in the use of security technology and systems.
  • Ability to think critically and act decisively in emergency situations.
  • Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) are advantageous.
