The Job in a Nutshell💡

This role focuses on maintaining and improving policies, identifying process gaps, and ensuring operational efficiency. It also manages project planning, coordination, and reporting to keep initiatives aligned and progressing smoothly.

What Will You Do❓

Domain 1 (Process Management) Responsibilities:

  • Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency, clarity, and alignment across departments.
  • Perform recurring checks to identify gaps between implemented processes and documented procedures, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update all policies and procedures to ensure they are current and accurately reflect operational practices.

Domain 2 (Project Management) Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans for new initiatives, including defining objectives, tasks, interdependencies, primary task owners, and estimated durations.
  • Communicate regularly with task owners to gather project updates and track progress against plans.
  • Coordinate with different teams to align responsibilities, especially when tasks move from one department to another.
  • Provide online view-access of all initiatives to relevant stakeholders while keeping editing control restricted to the PMO.
  • Generate weekly progress reports, highlighting key updates, risks, and any support needed to unblock stalled items.
  • Proactively identify and escalate roadblocks that could delay project timelines, suggesting corrective actions.

What Are We Looking For❓

      • Very strong communication and stakeholders management skills (must to have skill for this postion)
      • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field that emphasis on Continuous Improvement and Project Management.
      • Hand on experience  with Process Management tools (Visio, mero, or equivalent tool) and project management tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Project,Notion, or equivalent too)
      • 2 years of hands-on experience in policies and procedure management and project management (1 proven experience with case studies is fine) 
      • Experience in creating structured project plans and communicating progress updates across multiple teams with strong organizational skills
