You will be working with one of our partners in Egypt Introducing the next generation of community management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.

●Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with real estate, residential, and commercial clients in Egypt and the GCC region.

● Lead high-stakes pitches, product demos, and commercial negotiations with C-level executives.

● Build deep relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.

● Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to shape client proposals and localized messaging.

● Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, partner referrals, and inbound leads.

● Provide strategic insights into customer feedback and market dynamics to help shape Milango’s roadmap.

● Represent Milango at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

● Prepare detailed sales forecasts, deal progress reports, and performance dashboards

  • 3–5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or B2B software.
  • A proven record of closing complex deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills; you can tailor the pitch to client pain points.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence in pricing conversations.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and own results — startup hustle is a must.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality — you’re not just selling a product, you’re shaping a solution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus, but not required).
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, with excellent presentation skills in both languages.
